400g (14oz) strawberries, hulled
400ml (just over 13fl oz) semi-skimmed milk or non-dairy milk
2–4 tbsp Xylitol is a completely natural sweetener that looks and tastes like sugar. It is naturally occurring in many fruits and vegetables…. (or caster sugar) to taste
1 Blend the strawberries and milk together until smooth. Taste and add xylitol if it’s not sweet enough.
2 Pour into short glasses and serve.
