Raspberry Refresher

Raspberries are very rich in flavonoids, the plant-based antioxidants that help fight infection and stave off age-related disease.


Serves 4

400g (14oz) raspberries

4 bananas

400ml (just over 13fl oz) water

xylitol (or caster sugar) to taste, if the berries are very tart


1 Blend all the ingredients until smooth, then taste and sweeten if necessary.

2 Serve fresh or chilled with ice.
