Bangers and Cauliflower Mash

A Low carb version of bangers and mash from The Hybrid Diet.

There’s nothing quite like a plate of good quality sausages and mash. As potatoes are very high GL, we recommend our thick, comforting cauliflower mash instead. Serves 2.

4 good quality sausages (preferably rare breed, free range, vaccine and antibiotic free. 2 portions of Cauliflower mash.

  1. Cook the sausages according to the pack instructions (grill or oven cook rather than fry to reduce the fat content)
  2. Meanwhile make the cauliflower mash
  3. Serve with cooked sausages
