Obesity is linked to ten common cancers

Research published today in The Lancet shows that being overweight or obese is linked to ten common cancers.

To put this in context, according to Professor Walter Willetts from Harvard Medical School, while smoking increases cancer risk in women by 30%, being obese raises risk by 20%.

So one of the best things you can do to help reduce your risk of cancer is to ensure you are at your ideal body weight. If you are struggling with this, try my Burn Fat Fast diet which follows the low glycaemic load diet principles with alternate day fasting.
