Chocolate Espresso Mousse

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants and iron. The raw egg yolk in this mousse also provides plenty of methylation-boosting nutrients. Espresso coffee contains less caffeine than filter coffee and also has a high ORAC score. Use decaf coffee if you prefer, or make a Chocolate Orange Mousse by replacing the espresso with freshly squeezed orange juice.
