Caribbean Cocktail

The fat from coconuts is used as energy rather than being stored as fat, making this a much better choice than cream-based cocktails, but shake the coconut milk can before opening as it separates. Bananas are also excellent for digestion. Add rum for a more authentic Caribbean drink.

Ingredients

Serves 4

4 bananas

600ml (1pt) coconut milk

12 ice cubes

Directions

1 Blend all the ingredients together, pour into short glasses and drink immediately.
