Bircher Muesli

A meltingly soft, slightly chewy mixture of fruity goodness that is quite delicious. Wheat germ is an excellent source of folic acid, to help with methylation. I think this is sweet enough on its own, thanks to the dried apple and the bursts of blueberry, but if you prefer, you could add ½ tsp xylitol, honey or brown sugar. You could also add a drizzle of Cherry Active (concentrated cherry juice – see Resources), to really send the ORAC score through the roof.
