SAHASRARA

The Sahasrara is the spiritual centre at the crown of the head. It is often depicted as is violet. The Greeks related it to the element ether, representing the space in which everything happens. As such it is formless and represents the energy of unity.  To purchase the illustration, click here.

AJNA

The Ajna is the energy centre between the eyebrows. it is often depicted as blue. The Greeks related it to the element waelement water, as thoughts ripple through the mind. Indian mystics have long considered the pineal gland, centred in the brain between our eyebrows to be our ‘third eye’.  To purchase the illustration, click here.

ANAHATA

The Anahata is the heart centre, and the meeting point of the Ajna (mind) and Hara (body) or the Sahasrara (spirit) and Muladhara (earth).The Greeks related it to the element air, which we all breath. HARA

The Hara, in Buddhism, is the energy centre below the navel. It corresponds to the t’antien in Taoism.  In the Peruvian Quechuan tradition, it is the cusco or navel stone. It is often depicted as yellow/orange. The Greeks related it to the element earth.  To purchase the illustration, click here.

MULADHARA

The Muladhara, at the base of the spine, is the connection to the Earth. it is often depicted as red. In the Peruvian Quechuan tradition it is the connection to Pachamama, Mother Earth.
