I live in West London and have been following Patrick’s health advice for some time. The main draw of the diet for me was weight-loss but I also wanted to do it for health reasons and wanted to try it in a retreat environment. I found the diet easy. I liked it. I didn’t feel hungry. It’s a pretty straightforward diet to do. I could easily have stayed on it for longer.

It did give me more energy and I lost weight. I lost more weight in the 7 days than I did on a 21 day programme at a renowned London clinic. 

I’ve carried on with the Low GL Diet and I stick to it pretty much 90% of the time. I do have a nutritionist supporting me with my health goals who I see at regular intervals. I would recommend it to friends and family.
