THE DAILY RETREAT SCHEDULE INCLUDES:

- The retreat includes four coaching sessions, plus meditations, relaxing visualisations and other exercises to help to get on track in your life and let go of obstacles and barriers that hold you back.
- Daily monitoring of your Ketone and Glucose level
- Self-monitoring so you can do the Hybrid Diet at home
- On the 6th day you’ll transition into a Slow Carb phase and, on the 7th day, leave feeling utterly rejuvenated.
Accommodation is a mixture of two or three single beds in rooms, double bedrooms in the Old Barn, Dutch Barn, or in an Eco-Pod, Railway Carriage, Shepherd Hut, Romany Gypsy Caravans or Luxury Safari tent, all with heating and comfortable beds, plus easy access to toilets and bathrooms – and breath-taking views. Getting there is easy from London – allow 2.5 hours from the West and 3 hours from the East. Or take a train from Paddington to Abergavenny. Taxis from Abergavenny to Fforest barn cost £10. We’ll help you with your travel plans and any other needs.

The retreat is from 8-15 September 2022. Places are limited to 18 people and going fast. Book your place now at the Early Bird price for 2021 bookings and save £100 with a deposit of £300 payable on booking, with prices from £1,400 for some double and shared rooms.
