"Just the absolute best way to eat" – Irene S

I have been on the Holford Diet for just over 8 weeks.

My objectives before going on the diet, were to lose a couple of kilograms, but more importantly to just feel better generally (I suffered from bloating, flatulence and burping). During my 8 weeks on the diet I have lost a staggering 7kg and I feel like a brand new person. So much so that I don't even think of the Holford Diet as a diet - for me it is just the absolute best way to eat - and I will continue to eat like this for the rest of my life.
