I read the Holford diet book and it is really the first diet book that makes so much sense and I understand so much more about a balanced vegetarian diet now. I have managed to lose 8kg in 3 months and I feel wonderful. I weigh myself once a week and I always feel apprehensive because the one thing that does not happen on this diet is that you get hungry - ever. So I always imagine that I have eaten too much to have lost weight... but the kilos are still going. Patrick Holford is my hero!
