Now 48, and with help and thanks to the advice in the Optimum Nutrition Bible, I have made much improvement on chronic fatigue after having some of the mercury fillings replaced with white, and using amino acids suggested by Patrick to chelate the mercury. I am really grateful for the new me. So are my friends, who are getting to see me as the person I really am, not the one hidden by depression and chronic fatigue. I have reduced my homocysteine level with B vitamins/TMG (tri-methyl-glycine) and reduced stiffness in my wrists. My health is improving in everything I can think of, how can thanks be enough?
