On March 15th an immensely powerful and important film, The Age of Stupid, is being launched in Britain. It deals with the vital issue of climate change. I wholeheartedly believe that humanity has a small window of time to act to reverse the current trend that will create changes in our world far greater than economic recessions. Please see the film. Here’s how.

Here’s a trailer for the film The Age of Stupid. Please see it and encourage others to as well. We all need to act – and now is the time. This year, in December, the nations of the world will negotiate a climate change treaty, to be signed in Copenhagen in December. Over 2,500 scientists agree that society must peak global Co2 emissions by 2015. Anthropologist Margaret Meed said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” In the words of Plato “if you don’t participate in politics you end up being governed by your inferiors.” If you’d like to find out more visit a climate change coalition of more than 80 organisations and their 4 million supporters, working together for positive action to save our planet.
