1 x sachet of the OPTIMUM NUTRITION PACK (containing 2x tablets of the Optimum Nutrition Formula multivitamin & mineral, 2x tablets ImmuneC, 2x capsules of Essential Omegas).
1 x AGE ANTIOXIDANT with Co-Q10,resveratrol and alpha-lipoic acid (this is definitely worth adding in the second half of life unless you eat tons of fruit and veg every day).
2 x BRAIN FOOD (my work demands it).
I take them like this:
Breakfast: Half a sachet of the pack, 1x AGE Antioxidant and 1x BRAIN food
Lunch: The remaining half sachet of the pack and 1x BRAIN food
