Kath State, The Energy of Inner Fire introduces a series of five precise movements that awaken our inner fire, known as Chi. To attain this awakening, Oscar Ichazo uses a specific breathing pattern and his theoretical presentation of the five Classical Elements – Fire, Earth, Air, Water, Space - with movements that are adapted from Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s T’ai Chi Chuan.
