I had been suffering with borderline manic depression since the age of 18. I am now 48. In the past year, this is now a thing of the past, thanks to advice in the Optimum Nutrition bible, having used 5HTP and other suggested supplements for optimum nutrition. I have made much improvement on chronicfatigue after having some of the mercury fillings replaced with white, but using suggested amino acids by Patrick to chelate the mercury.
