Specialist areas include digestion (IBS, food intolerances, testing and exclusion diets), female hormone health, weight loss (working on a weight loss programme) and stress management. Kathleen is a Zest4Life Coach and runs group programmes as well as one to one and exclusive programmes (friends and corporate). With her knowledge of NLP she is able to help clients to achieve their health and weightloss goals.
