My aim is to help you achieve optimum health through optimum nutrition. Past clients have benefited from increased energy, a clearer skin, better sleep and generally feeling healthier. Before the first consultation you will be sent a questionnaire about your symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. Following this we will have a one-to-one consultation where I will give you a tailor made programme to set you back on the road to good health and vitality. The programme includes practical changes to diet and lifestyle as well as supplement recommendations. Diagnostic tests will be offered where appropriate to assess, for example, digestion, nutrient status, hormone levels and food intolerances.
